Due to rapidly changing market conditions our catalog prices may be increased at any time without prior notice. Our website is updated with any changes as they occur.

Customer Service

Shipping your order - We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. In most cases it will go out the same day. Due to our 2 centrally located warehouses, standard orders (non-freight items) will typically arrive in 2-3 working days, motor freight shipments usually arrive in 3-5 working days. This information should be used as a general guide and is not guaranteed.

Non-freight items - Non-freight items are assessed a shipping and handling fee. Due to size and weight restrictions, some items require additional shipping and handling charges. These items are individually noted. Orders for non-freight items with a total weight of over 250 lbs. may be shipped via truck freight and will incur additional shipping charges. Orders that do not include freight items will be shipped by ground transportation unless otherwise specified. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be quoted at current rates. Special handling costs or shipping fees may be added to your order, and all orders may be subject to a fuel surcharge.

Truck freight orders - We have a flat rate shipping program for certain items so you know exactly what your cost will be. ltems under 150 lbs. may ship by small parcel carrier. This program applies only to the lower 48 states. We have listed the shipping charge for each applicable item next to the price (a fuel surcharge may be added). Orders that contain freight as well as additional S/H charges due to oversize restrictions and non-freight items must include the flat rate shipping fee per item and the shipping and handling fee based on the total dollar amount of those non-freight items. All orders may be subject to a fuel surcharge.

Truck drivers are subject to a number of regulations, one of which is that they are not required to give assistance unloading. Please be prepared for this "curbside" delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s) and placing them in your shop. This normally takes a couple of "friends". Your location must be tractor-trailer accessible. Some carriers reserve the right to charge a limited access delivery fee, which will be added to your invoice if applicable. We recommend that you make arrangements with the trucking company to take delivery at the freight terminal if you can. They will load it onto your vehicle.

Make sure your vehicle is capable of handling the weight. Also, bring plenty of tie downs to properly secure the load. We can offer liftgate service for a discounted rate when ordered through Bullets.com. Please ask for more details when placing your order.

Shipping damage - When you receive your shipment, it is extremely important to inspect and note any damage that might be suspect. Holes, dents, tears, etc. should be noted on the form the driver gives you to sign accepting delivery. These notations will allow us to make a claim for shipping damage on your behalf. Failure to do so makes it extremely difficult to make a claim. If there is shipping damage and you have noted it on the delivery form. you can e-mail us at service@bullets.com, call our Customer Service Department at 1-360-676-3299 or fax us at 1-360-734-5534. We will take care of all the necessary arrangements to have the problem resolved.

Back orders - If not specified, out of stock items will automatically be placed on back order and shipped immediately when available. Unless specified, we do not accept back orders on ammunition, primers, and powder. Credit cards will not be charged until item(s) are shipped.

Returns - Should you decide to return an item(s) for any reason, be it for refund, exchange or warranty, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-360-676-3299.

Certain items are not returnable and are noted accordingly on our website and catalog pages. These include, but are not limited to, certain scopes and ITAR restricted items all night vision, powder, primers, bullets, brass, books, ammunition, exploding targets, liquids and aerosols, DVDs, and barrels. Returns for refund or exchange of other items must be within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be in original unopened packaging, unused and in resalable condition and all non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All merchandise must be shipped to us using an authorized return label that we provide when setting up your return. We will not accept returns sent to us without prior authorization.

Powder & primers - You must be 18 or older to order smokeless powder and primers. Orders for smokeless powder and primers are subject to a hazardous material fee of $20.00. This fee is imposed by UPS and cannot be waived or refunded and is subject to change without notice. We do not accept returns on powder and primers.

Ammunition warning - You must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition and explosive targets, and we do not accept returns on these items. Research your current state and local laws before ordering, and make sure to order the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.

Shipping restrictions - We do not ship to international addresses. U.S. Territories, freight forwarders, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Please check all applicable federal, state and local laws before placing your order as additional restrictions may apply. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable requirements.

Restricted items - Shipping, product and quantity restrictions may apply to your order. Customers are responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws. Please research current applicable laws in your area prior to placing your order. Certain products are restricted in many areas, these include but are not limited to: ammunition, powder, primers, bullets, magazines, shot, brass, stocks, muzzlebrakes, flash hiders and grips.

ITAR - Bullets.com is compliant with all ITAR export restrictions as stated in 22 C.F.R. 120-130, and we do not export product outside of the United States. Furthermore, United States law prohibits the sales, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations and embargoed countries as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Treasury and U.S. Department of Commerce. Please see our website for a full list and a web link to the government's mandated restrictions. By placing your order with us, you confirm you will not export these products outside of the United States.

Technical service - Please contact our Technical Service Department at 1-360-676-3299 before sending any item back for service. For machinery please have your serial number available. If it is determined that the best course of action is to send the item back to us for service, we will make every effort to repair and return it to you in a timely manner.

Darn it! - We make every effort to be exact with our photography, prices, specifications and copy. Sometimes errors do occur and we apologize for them. We reserve the right to make changes and correct errors at any time.

Privacy policy - We respect your right to privacy and do not disclose your personal data to other organizations.

Limited warranty

Every item we sell is covered by warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer, but are generally between 3 months to 1 year to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, improper wiring, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable items or parts. This is our sole written warranty and any and all warranties that may be implied by law, including any merchantability or fitness, for any particular purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of this written warranty. We do not warrant or represent that our merchandise complies with the provisions of any laws, acts or electrical codes. We do not reimburse for third party repairs, services, or any expenses related to moving products to and from carrier vehicles or residences. In no event shall our liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product and any legal actions brought against Bullets.com shall be tried in the State of Washington, County of Whatcom.

We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
